King Arthur sandwich rye with starter
8:30am
160 g rye (winco dark)
160 g bread
177 g warm water
100 g starter
1 T molasses
1 t salt
2 t caraway
1 T onion flake
1 1/2 T butter
5:00pm formed loaf and into fridge
bake 350
out of fridge 8:00am
11:00am into 350 oven for 35 min.
coat with butter
